Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms applicable to each promotion, and the Game Rules published alongside individual titles, form the entire agreement between you and dh777. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active dh777 account. If dh777 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — all duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice. Any bonus funds, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
3.3 KYC Verification
dh777 applies a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to all registered accounts. KYC is mandatory before processing a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at dh777's discretion. You may be required to submit:

4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer minimums may vary.
- Processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your dh777 BDT wallet within seconds of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to issuer restrictions.
- Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your dh777 account are legally obtained and that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method used. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- Failed deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but not credited to your dh777 wallet within 30 minutes, contact live support with the transaction reference number and timestamp.

5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified on the individual promotion page. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
- dh777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and possible forfeiture of all associated balances.
- Players found to be using third-party bonus hunting tools or coordinated group strategies to extract value from promotions may have their accounts permanently closed at dh777's sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must bet before bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal is processed. The following general rules apply to wagering at dh777:
- Real money funds are always wagered and depleted before bonus funds are used, unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
- If you withdraw before meeting the full wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dh777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

In all cases where dh777's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real money funds deposited by you into your dh777 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes dh777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by applicable law.

8.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent as closely as possible.
8.3 Entire Agreement
